“Every Individual Deserves To Be Confidently Beautiful”

Mita already had a knack for growing business ventures. She was able to establish a
secured future by developing restaurants and assisting construction businesses in the
Philippines. But one day, she woke up with a different desire and an understanding that it was
about time she pursued her calling.

She already had a vision and now was the time to put it into action. “I wanted to make
people feel good about themselves”. For this reason, Mita went away beyond her comfort zone
to learn the ropes of the beauty industry. She challenged herself and sought opportunities to
acquire new skills. From eyelash extensions to facials and non-invasive treatments, Mita
zealously worked hard while single-handedly raising two (2) children.

Like any other entrepreneur, Mita had her share of ups and downs. After all, life in the
US was never easy. However, her passion and love for the beauty industry was immense she
was able to convey the message that “Every individual deserves to be confidently beautiful”.
She believed that every individual is innately beautiful but not everyone is confident enough
about it. She worked hard on changing people’s lives one treatment at a time and because of
this, was able to attract a lot of business opportunities and overcome a lot of trials along the
way. She became obsessed with her passion and in turn, became successful herself.

Eventually, Mita was able to create and put up Glossy Skinnovation, a state-of-the-art
skincare clinic located at 296 Elizabeth St. SoHo New York. It has been offering quality and top
of the line skin care services and skin care products for well over ten (10) years. Their array of
clients include 2010 Miss Universe 4th runner-up Ms. Venus Raj, Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3
finalist Geo Ed Rebucas, Model/Actress Sarah Moliski, Mister Star Model Universe 2018 Baron
Andrews and models Kyle Joseph Duan and Jordani Simmons to name a few.

She is also a kidney transplant recipient for about a year now. Living her second life she
regularly gives back to the community through her humble medical supplies donations both in
New York, USA and the Philippines through Christ and Bellevue Hospitals and the Philippine
General Hospital, respectively. Moreover, with the Covid-19 situation, she is waiting for more
one more material for the production of face shields good for 300 people.

Mita continuously encourages women like her to take that step and embrace that the
leap of faith to work together towards responding to their individual callings in life. This year,
