Fungi are neither animals nor plants. Scientists have found that fungi have closer characteristics
to animals than plants.
How will you support their findings based on the structure of a fungal cell shown in the diagram
above?

Kelvin was given a slide of root hair cell to observe through a microscope. After the observation,
be sketched the cell as shown in the diagram below.
(a) He felt strange because he could not find a structure which is peculiar to plant cells. Why can
he not find that structure in the cell?
