1. Go to “Plans”
2. Create New Plan
3. Key in new plan Name

4. Choose “Default OSS 5.1 CD set 1” and click Create

5. Go to “Query
6. Select Table from Object Class
7. Tick Identifier (BSC/BTS ID/NCC/BCC/….)

8. Click “Query” to make the selected parameters available for modification.

10. Type in or Drag Header to “Query” (perform Boolean expression (AND/OR/NOT

etc) for multiple cells/wbts/ etc)
11.Press Query

 After pressing save, above Window will appear showing the intended modifications.

15. Finally press “Close” and “Close” again for the previous window
