Cherries Wild, A new television primetime game show by Fox Media and
PepsiCo hosted by Jason Biggs to premiere in February 2021.

Los Angeles, CA, February 14, 2021:

Fox Media will premiere a new primetime game show in February 2021 where contestants have
the chance to win up to a $250,000.00 Jackpot. The show will be hosted by the American Pie
movie franchise alum Jason Biggs with PepsiCo uniquely collaborated with Fox on the
upcoming television show.

In the half-hour television show, two contestants will compete against each other in two
rounds of trivia. During this time, they will also attempt to “solve the slots” in an effort to win
the jackpot. Every time a question is answered correctly, participants will either receive cash, a
cherry, or a chance to spin the slot machine. Towards the end of show, the casino reels will spin
on an oversized slot machine where contestants will then attempt to capture all five cherries.

“We are excited to partner with our longtime friends at Pepsi on Cherries Wild,” Fox
Entertainment’s alternative programming chief Rob Wade said in a statement. “This is a bold
concept that best illustrates the limitless possibilities that can be accomplished when two
great brands join forces to deliver audiences a wildly entertaining program and an equally
dazzling product”.

Rob Wade, has also stated that the show originated as a show before a Pepsi commercial and
the cola brand is just sponsoring it. Fox Media has promised that the weekly half-hour
television series will not be a long commercial for Pepsi products.

Fox Media is a subsidiary of Fox Corporation (NYSE: FOX), an American mass media company
headquartered in New York City, New York.

PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP) is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage company
