 Strengths and weaknesses
 Strength is good ability of excel and communication skills specially talking to people
 Where you showed leadership and communication
 Leadership was in undergrad group of 5 and we had to make a research paper on the
cyclicality of the Indian stock market and during that time two members of the group
who were best friends got into a big fight so much so that we were not able to meet
together in order to do work. The paper was due within the next two days and we
were nowhere near to getting it finished on time. So instead of meeting together I
assigned both of them their respective work and met with them individually each
day in order to finish the project. Thus we were able to finish the project on time and
submit it.
 Communication skills were displayed by me during my tenure as an Investment
banker. I was not treated properly by my collegues and subordinates because when I
was hired on the first week itself I was appraised for my performance and fast
learning and they weren’t happy with that because I was awarded a chance to assist
in a solar rooftop project which all of them were eyeing. So they started playing all
these dirty politics with me be it boycotting me or making fun of me etc. This went
on for a week after that I decided to confront them. After talking to them the
situation became light we found some common interests and after that everthing
was smooth sailing.


