BASIC JOB STEPS POTENTIAL HAZARDS RECOMMENDATIONS

job attend working at height training

 Inspect the permanent platform
 Make sure the guard rail and maid rail,
 gratings in place on permanent platform
 Hard Hat must be secured by Chin Strap
 Open Holes/Gap must be hard barricaded
with warning signage and to be inspected by
authorized and competent person.

 Do not enter in the operation area, without
the permission from the MADDEN
authorized person
 Do not wear loose cloth while working near
the rotating equipment/parts.
 Follow MPC LOTO procedure as required.
 Secure proper access
 Use proper PPE's (Safety helmet, safety
glass, safety shoe reflective vest, electrical
rated PPE)
 Use fall protection if working at heights
 Only qualified personnel may perform the
job
 Respect the barricading
 Do not operate any electrical panel board
without permission from MPC authorized
department

orderly manner.
 Remove damage, banding, crate material,
nails etc. and dispose of properly Provide

the job
 Waste must be disposed.
