Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchased tent that I saw in a mail
order catalogue. Unfortunately, there are some issues with my parcel.
Firstly, the catalogue says that this tent fits six people, but actually it barely fits four. Secondly,
the canvas is slightly torn and zip got stuck. Also, the colour I order was red but I got pink.
Finally, I did not receive torch and batteries with my tent.
To resolve this issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid or send again my tent
as I ordered. I feel sure that this issue deserves your urgent attention.
