Organic Vermicast from vermi worms

2. Uses/Applications

Replacement for synthetic fertilizers which are expensive and hazardous to the
environment. One sack of synthetic fertilizer could cost around Php1500 to 2000
per 50kilo-sack while our organic vermicast be could offered to farmers at Php600
per 50kilo sack.

B. Manufacturing Process/Services Flow

The process of producing organic vermicast is simple. The substrates are converted
into vermicast by way of worms (african night crawler). These worms metabolize the
substrates and convert them into vermicast which are very nutritious fertilizers for
crops (sugar canes, rice, etc). The substrates are substantially mudpress from the
sugarmills in Pampanga which are considered waste. The substrates are very
abundant in Pampanga and free of cost to acquire from the sugarmills.
