CROSS LIABILITY CLAUSE

In consideration of an additional premium of ................................................. the inclusion

of Additional Insureds under this Policy shall not preclude the right of recovery hereon by the
Original Insured named below in respect of claims made against them by such Additional
Insureds or the employees of such Additional Insureds.

Where the coverage provided by this Policy is also provided by other policy or policies,
then this Policy shall only pay that amount which is in excess of the amount(s) which would
have been payable under such other policy(ies) had this insurance not been effected.

Notwithstanding the inclusion herein of more than one Insured, whether by endorsement
or otherwise, the total liability of the Insurers in respect of any or all Insureds shall not exceed
the limit(s) of liability stated in this Policy.
