SCV
Initially used during the
reconstruction of the old
Confederacy’s Tarsonian
orbital platforms, the T-280
SCV is a staple of construction
and repair across the
Dominion. The SCV is the
workhorse of the Terran
planets due to its ability to
perform a multitude of tasks, including constructing
new buildings, repairing damaged structures and units,
and harvesting and transporting raw resource
materials. This versatility and unmatched reliability
make the SCV an invaluable tool in rapidly
establishing Marine encampments on any terrain.
UNIT STATISTICS
FIELD MANUAL
They are hardly suited for combat but, backed up with a pair of
Marines, you can use them to survive a rush.
SCVs are the most resilient worker unit when compared to the other
two races. They can also repair themselves.
Use workers to scout; they’re cheap and fast and don’t tip your hand

did you Know that M.U.L.E.s can heal tanks buildings and air?
@ThePreator: Yes :)
- has no girlfriend.
I will predict that SCV is indeed a gay firefighter who has double PhD degrees in Engineering from MIT.
How many units of minerals and gas does the SCV carry?
We'll repair one another. SO; don't you worry 'bout me, i won't let you be alone, one day we'll live in peace, in our suplly depot home!
wth?! it says producer is an scv but scv's are made from command center!!
These are by far the most annoying units in the entire game:
*shoot myself*
If the SCVs are actually that big, how big are the marines?
Shouldn't it say something more like, "Never assign more than 3 of them to a single Refinery, unless of course, your Refinery is farther
away from your Command Center than is allowed" ? I've had 6+ SCV's hopping a refinery when I couldn't get my CC close enough.
Oh , and DaKing, SCV stands for Space Construction Vehicle. SC and I go way back to the late 90's.
I mainly looked at this page to figure out what "SCV" stood for. Does anyone know that?
@Wolseley: corret
@Wolseley: thanks
holy crap SCVs are tougher but attack slower then a zergling. so a SCV might be the same as a ling. SCV RUSH!!!
SCV also has 5 more health then drones and probes, and can repair each other.
Remember that the guy in the SCV isn't in the huge marine armor. Think about how big Tychus was in the ship. I think a marine and an
are you kidding? A marine would stand at least half that tall
5x probably but.........................still
Whats weird is, this is at least 10x the size of a marine, but they look the exact same size in game
@helloguy: All units are scaled for gameplay. Compare the Hyperion to an in-game BC.
@helloguy: It is actauly the best unit in the game because if you had nothing you cant rebuild your base.
"Really? I SCARED YOU? You collect resources in the midst of a battle with the ZERG, and I SCARED YOU?!?!?!"
@LtColVirtue: Well tbh, the SCV guy was probably minding his own business, focusing on operating controls, trying not to
worry about the massive horde of zerg pounding on the base defenses, wondering how much longer they're going to survive,
all this going on while in a tiny little compartment....and then his communicator suddenly beeps.
@LtColVirtue: lol
Looking at the picture makes me wondor how these guys cant just beast a zerglign with that huge drill,witch is bout the same size as a
zergling XD
@legoo: Yeah unless the zergling climbed up into the cockpit or on the windshield. But it should be more powerful... it is
