Greetings of peace!

Steadfast in its preparation for School Year 2020-2021, the Department of Education,
Cordillera Administrative Region initiated the conduct of “Regional Pilot Testing of Blended/
Distance Learning Delivery” on July 13-24, 2020. The representative for the Kindergarten
class of Tabuk City is Mrs. Cara B. Lagura of Laya Elementary School.

In line with this, the school is humbly requesting your good office for assistance in the
conduct of the said activity. May we ask your help in the delivery and retrieval of letters and
modules to parents who are selected participants of the event? While DepEd ensure that all
learners have access to quality basic education for SY 2020-2021, existing work arrangement
and health protocols shall be strictly observed and maintained.

The breadth of our partnership will contribute much to the success of the
implementation of this endeavour. It will be much treasured and appreciated.
