Why integrated and compact configuration?

: Due to limited spaces in clinics, treatment/exam rooms (min space required for ENT room vary
from 12m2), the integrated & compact ENT system provides more working space for doctors, nurses and patient companion on one hand , and on the
other to have one control and monitoring of the system components.
Main system components (all with all necessary accessories):
- ENT Chair.
- Ear irrigation unit and instruments
- The Sinus Rinsing and Irrigation unit and instruments
- The Tonsil washing device and instruments
- Suction unit.
- Water and Air pumps.
- Cold light sources (halogen or LED).
- Worm water rinsing system.
- Compressed air unit.
- Mirror reheating unit.
- Instruments unit and storage cabinets with drawers.
- Waste bin for infectious wastes, syringes, etc (Built-in).
- Video endoscopy system and monitors (different sizes).
- Microscopy unit
- Swivel supports for additional equipment
- All related accessories and instruments
Integration of the system components: It is preferably the following component to be controlled and monitored by a built-in
integration system;
- The ENT chair (power on/off, movement and speed), with the ability for manual & foot control.
- The suction unit, all the pumps and air compressor (power on/off, flow and pressure)
- The light sources (power on/off, focus, brightness color temperature & intensity), including the one dedicated for microscopy unit.
- The Video endoscopy system including the camera and monitors (all functions possible), including archiving and recalling of
stored patient data (from PACS/HIS), pictures and videos.
- The Waste bin remaining capacity/fullness
- The power on/off and the movement of the microscopy holding arm (up and down) and or any other swivel support arms (if
possible).
- All preheated / heated items and surfaces (Mirrors & instrument)
In addition the integration must insures that medical, economic, aesthetic, and technical aspects are considered and implemented.
System Modularity and Ergonomics: The system is preferably to be modular designed, which will allow the users easy to customize
the system options and component (to add-on or remove) as required, or to relocate some items/devices or cabinets left /right or in
front. The instrument cabinets and shelfs should offer the needed space for storage of all needed utensils and place to set down used
equipment. All main system components to be ergonomically arranged for suitable use of the medical staff and treatment / exam of the
patient.
Room requirements:
- Space approx. 12m2,, Ceiling Height min 2800 mm
- Walls; preferably modular for better services and installation
- Wall finish; GWB, paint, eggshell finish
- Flooring; Resilient sheet floor
- Ceiling Type: Acoustical ceiling tile (cleanable)
- Door type/finish; Solid panel, no glazing, HPL material
- Water supply and drain; yes, location of the drain outlet and
water supply inlet depend on the system design and equipment
distribution within the room.
- Clinical wash-hand basin to be provided.
- Medical gas; 1XO2, 1XMed Air, 1XVac, 1XN2O & 1X AGSS.
- Lighting; 1000 LUX dimmable.
