Respectfully indorsed to Hon. Jemar L. Vera Cruz, Vice Mayor of Iligan

City, the herein Resolution referring to the City Development Council
(CDC), Resolution No. 21-2021, from the Barangay Council of Dalipuga,
entitled; "Resolution No. 20-693 for the Realignment of Proposed Project
Road Concreting at Purok 18-A Day Home Hillside to Purok 16-A
Barangay Dalipuga, Iligan City" by amending the amount of 1,500,000
Million to 1,500,800 Million with account code of 1-07-07-10-020-46"

The aforementioned resolution can be implemented pursuant to Executive

Order No. 471, Amending Executive Order No. 319, Series of 1987,
entitled, “Providing for the Reorganization of the Local Development
Councils”, Section 6.2 provides that the Sangguniang Panlungsod and
Sangguniang Bayan shall approve the city/municipal development plan and
its corresponding budget proposed by the component City or Municipal
Development Councils, prior to submission to the Provincial Development
Council for integration into the Provincial Development plan.
