AT BHAKTI HUSADA KUNINGAN VOCATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL" 

Academic information system is a data processing arrangement that is

carried out in an organized and directed manner, so that the data can be an output
that is very useful for users to increase someone's knowledge in obtaining certain
information. Through this research, it describes the design and implementation of the
Academic Information System application at SMK Bhakti Husada Kuningan which is
engaged in education. Making this application, the writer uses the PHP
programming language and MySQL for database. The method used in this research
is to use the CRM method (Customer Relationship Management) which is a
cooperative relationship between the manager and the customer so that both parties
get benefit mutually. In the world of education, the roles of customers are students
and parents of students. The benefit obtained from this research is that it can make a
positive contribution to educational institutions in the form of improving the quality
of the academic information system process of SMK Bhakti Husada Kuningan so that
it can run optimally.
