VERSIONS
Cable 12 volt power supply, direct current
USE
Connected at distance to:
1) turbine flowmeter with sinusoidal or square wave sensor;
2) electromagnetic flowmeter;
The outlet switch, activated by the display once the total previously set is
reached, can be connected to a lighting or sound signal, to an electro-valve, to
an electric motor and so on (check absorption power).
POWER SUPPLY
12 volt direct current
INSTALLATION
Protected from the elements, from prolonged exposure to sunlight, and from
mechanical vibrations.
IMPORTANT: high pressure washing of the exterior of this equipment could
cause irreversible water damage to the electronic components. To prevent any
damage, remove the display when washing the equipment’s exterior.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damage to the display that is
the result of operator negligence.

f) the total units “T” counting capacity is 32.768 or 3.276,8;
g) possibility of setting up to 9.999 or 999,9 or 99,99 impulses/liter;
h) possibility of setting the value “S” up to 59.999 or 5.999,9;
i) the calibration constant in the Supervisor Menu is indicated by the
message “K” and refers to impulses/liter; if you change the reading unit
measure, conversion is done automatically avoiding any change;
l) if the instrument is switched off, the last total “T” delivered is stored;
m)in the Supervisor Menu the reading units are indicated by the message
“UNIT” (l/m liters/minute – GPM gallons/minute – M3/H cubic meters
hour);
n) in the Supervisor Menu the choice of the decimal point (max. 2) for the
calibration constant “K” is indicated by the message “POINT K”;
o) in the Supervisor Menu the choice of the decimal point (max. 1) for the
reading menu is indicated by the message “POINT TOT”;
p) accepts a sinusoidal wave signal or a square wave signal;
q) when the instrument is activated its absorption is 52 mA;
r) START and STOP functions also determine the activation/desactivation of
the 12 Vcc. outlet signal;
s) when the value to set “S” is 0, the function of the outlet signal is
desactivated;
t) in the User Menu, the value to set is marked by the message “STOP TO”;
u) the instrument can operate while in the formality usually open (LOAD
ON) or usually closed (LOAD OFF) both selectable into the Supervisor
Menu;
“STOP” function
a) if the orange key is pressed, while the Reading Menu is in the start
phase, the total units count stops and the 12Vcc. outlet signal is
activated/desactivated and the stop function is indicated by the message
STOP alternated to the unit measure used;
b) while in the STOP phase it is possible to set the total units “T” to zero;
c) while in the STOP phase, it is possible to get into the User and
Supervisor Menu;
d) while in the STOP phase partial units “P” are displayed regularly;
“START” function
a) if the orange key is pressed, while the Reading Menu is in the STOP
phase, the total units count increases, the 12Vcc. outlet signal is
activated/desactivated and the START function is indicated by the unit
measure not lighting;
b) while in the START phase, it is possible to set the total units “T” to zero;
c) while in the START phase, it is possible to enter the User and Supervisor
Menu;
d) while in the START phase, the partial units “P” are displayed regularly;
READING MENU
Once you have turned the instrument on, the display is in the Reading
Menu.
1) the partial units “P” (5 numbers), the symbol for the unit measure,
alternated in the STOP phase to the message STOP, the total units “T”
(5 numbers) and the set value “S” are displayed in the Reading Menu;
2) if you press the red key “ENTER” for 3 seconds you can enter the
Reading Menu;
3) if you press the orange key and the green key together for 3 seconds
you can enter the Supervisor Menu.
USER MENU
It provides the program to set the total, and once it is reached, the 12Vcc.
outlet signal is activated/desactivated:
1) press the red key “ENTER” for 3 seconds to enter the User Menu;
2) change the number by pressing the orange key or the green key;
3) confirm the modification by pressing the red key “ENTER”;
4) come back to the Reading Menu by pressing the red key “ENTER”;
SUPERVISOR MENU
It provides 5 settings maximum:
1) setting of the reading units (L/M – GPM – M3/H);
2) setting of the calibration constant decimal point (2 max) “K”;
3) setting of the calibration constant “K” (you need to know the impulses of
the flowmeter to which the instrument is connected; refer to the chapter
“exact calculation of the flowmeter calibration constant “K”);
Operative phases:
1a) turn on the instrument;
1b) press the orange key and the green key at the same time for 3 seconds
to enter the Supervisor Menu in the message “Unit”;
1c) select the unit measure by pressing the orange key or the green key;
1d) confirm the selection by pressing the red key;
2a) select the decimal point “Point K=” by pressing the red key;

START STOP
LOAN ON 12 Vcc. 0 V.
LOAD OFF 0 V. 12Vcc.
RESET THE TOTALS TO ZERO
When the Reading Menu is either in the STOP phase or in the START phase,
press the red key and the green key at the same time for 3 seconds. This
operation has no value if you perform it in the User and Supervisor Menu.
Example:
the liquid displayed by the instrument is: 55 liters;
the liquid actually delivered by the instrument is: 57 liters;
the set calibration constant “K” is: 650;
An analysis of these datas shows that it is necessary to modify the set
calibration constant by means of the following formula: 650 x 55 : 57 = 627
(new calibration constant “K” to be set).
1) when the value displayed is less than the actual value (delivered),
you need to decrease the calibration constant that was previously
set;
2) when the value displayed is more than the actual value (delivered),
you need to increase the calibration constant that was previously
set;
