supervisor /Principal/School Head are most effective in

helping you to improve your teaching?

Answer:

I think the best practices that our Supervisor helps me to improve my

teaching, is the different activities cater by our, just like the different District
activities, seminars, contest and others. And when it comes to my school head ,
she do help me a lot by providing me some technical assistance when it comes
to the different teaching strategies , we have also religiously concluded and do
the weekly LAC activities wherein the different problems that us teachers
encountered are being tackled and discussed. Classroom Observation also
done and she gave us the technical assistance and of course her good
comments and suggestions motivates me a lot to become more effective and
effective teacher.
