BT-PON ONU Configuration Guide

This guidance document is applicable to BT-2xxXR/BT-2xxGR/BT-2xxER series models ONU


equipment of BTPT.
1 Web Login
Login URL:http://192.168.1.1
ONU Supper user login account:admin; password:YnQtcG9u
user login account:useradmin ; password:123456
After entering the username and password correctly, click Login button to enter the web
management interface.

2 WAN Connection Create


To set up the WAN Connection, you need to log into the ONU administration page with a super
administration account.account:admin; password:YnQtcG9u.Create multiple WAN connections
(PPPOE, TR069 (DHCP), VOIP (DHCP), IPTV):

2.1 Create PPPOE WAN connection configuration


Enter the NETWORK---->WAN , configure the relevant information, and click the APPLY button.
Connection Name: select Create a new WAN Connection
Enable:select
Mode:select Route
Service List : selects INTERNET or TR069_INTERNET or TR069_VOIP_INTERNET or
VOIP_INTERNET
VLANID: INTERNET service vlan;
IP Protocol Mode: select IPv4
WAN IP Mode: select PPPoE
2.2 Create DHCP WAN connection configuration
Enter the NETWORK---->WAN , configure the relevant information, and click the APPLY button.
Connection Name: select Create a new WAN Connection
Enable:select
Mode:select Route
Service List : selects INTERNET or TR069_INTERNET or TR069_VOIP_INTERNET or
VOIP_INTERNET
VLANID: INTERNET service vlan;
IP Protocol Mode: select IPv4
WAN IP Mode: select IPoE
2.4 Create TR069 WAN connection and TR069 configuration
Enter the NETWORK---->WAN , configure the relevant information, and click the APPLY button.
Connection Name: select Create a new WAN Connection
Enable:select
Mode:select Route
Service List : TR069
VLANID: tr069 service vlan;
IP Protocol Mode: select IPv4
WAN IP Mode: select IPoE
click the APPLY button

2.3 Create VOIP WAN and VOIP configuration
Create a VOIP WAN connection :
Enter the NETWORK---->WAN , configure the relevant information, and click the APPLY button.
Connection Name: select Create a new WAN Connection
Enable:select
Mode:select Route
Service List :VOIP
VLANID: VOIP service vlan;
IP Protocol Mode: select IPv4
WAN IP Mode: select IPoE
click the APPLY button

2.4 Create IPTV WAN Connection and IPTV configuration


Create a IPTV WAN connection:
Enter the NETWORK---->WAN , configure the relevant information, and click the APPLY button.
Connection Name: select Create a new WAN Connection
Enable:select
Mode:select Bridge
Service List :select Other
VLANID: IPTV service vlan
Multicast vlanID: Multicast vlan
LAN PORT Binding: select LAN1
IP Protocol Mode: select IPv4
click the APPLY button

6 LAN interface configuration


6.1 LAN IP Setting
LAN interface modification LAN_IP address configuration: Network—>LAN —>IPv4 Setting
IP Address: LAN_IP address (can be modified)
Click the APPLY button, the device will restart automatically, and it will take effect after restarting.
6.2 Modify LAN IP Address Pool
Modify LAN IP address pool configuration: Network—>LAN —>IPv4 Setting:
IP Pool: Start Addres - End Address
Click the APPLY button

7 WIFI Configuration
7.1 WIFI SSID Configuration
Modify WIFI SSIDConfiguration:Network—>WLAN :
Close the wireless

Modify wireless mode


To modify the wireless channel, the default is auto. If you can't find a wireless signal on your phone, change the value of the wireless channel to

1 and try again

To modify the wireless band width

To modify the wireless SSID and password


8.Turn on and off the CATV interface functions

Enable remote access ONU to manage web pages.(that is, open access to the HTTP port of the wan interface)
8 SoftWare Upgrade
8.1 WEB page upgrade guide
WEB page upgrade configuration: Admin—>Device—> SoftWare Upgrade
click the “Browse” button, select the suffix name .bin upgrade file, and then click the Upgrade
button. Wait 3-4 minutes, the device will restart automatically after the upgrade is completed.

9 Optical power information inquiry


View Optical Power: Status—>Network INFO—> Pon status
Can view TX, RX information
