Significance of the Study

This study will be undertaken to understand the gas station employees work
motivation and performance during the pandemic which will provide the realization for
the students to have a motivation in work despite the pandemic.

Students. The results will provide the students with some knowledge about the work
motivation of gas jockeys and their performance during this pandemic. It will give the
students realization despite this pandemic there are workers like gas station employees who
continued to show their motivation in their work to maintain the performance of their
station and themselves. At the end of the study, students would finally know the importance
of motivation in your work that will be needed during this pandemic.

Teachers. The given data would guide the teachers on comprehending the study and why it is
so important to us. The teachers would be able to understand the realization of the students
in work motivation this pandemic.

Parents. Like the teachers, the parents too will understand why their children conducting this
study about employees motivation and work performance through the given data. The
findings would also help them learn the actions of their children conducting the study.

Gas Jockey. The study consists of this gas station attendants who will provide us with the
necessary information to conduct research on the importance of work motivation and
performance in this pandemic. Gas Jockey motivation and work performance will be an
essential in this research to help us realize its importance.

Future Researchers. This study would help the student researchers to be aware and
knowledgeable of the employees motivation and work performance. It would help them to
be a better analyst and it can be a help as a future reference for more studies in the future.
