AFTER ACTIVITY REPORT ON

GRADE 7 ANTHURIUM MODULE DISTRIBUTION

I. Short Narrative

Pursuant to DO 21, s. 2019 pp. 96, Distance Learning is a learning

delivery modality where a learner is given materials or access to resources and
he/she undertakes self-directed study at home or in another venue. Learners
engage in independent learning at home or in any physical learning space
applicable, by using learning materials that are accessible in their home.

As we face this pandemic, Mt. Olive National High School and its
stakeholders chose modular learning as learning delivery mode to continue the
education of the learners. The teacher will supervise and monitor the learner’s
progress and provides remediation and enhancement when needed and
possible. Assistance may be provided by a learning facilitator who may be a
parent or any member of the family, or a community stakeholder.

The books and modules were distributed to the parents/guardians of the

students last September 23, 200 at 7:00-8:00 in the morning to their respective
classrooms.

The health protocol was strictly observed. NO MASK, NO ENTRY policy

was implemented. The temperature of every individual was check and sanitize
their hands before entering the school gate. The parents/guardians filled in the
contact tracing form. Then, they proceed to the classroom where their child
enrolled in. The social distancing was maintained.

The parents/guardians washed again their hands before entering the

classroom of Grade 7 Anthurium. They got the books and modules of their
child to its specific chair and signed the module checklist. They then leave the
room through the exit door.
