GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAINING

All trainees are requested to go through the general Instructions before start of
training. Still if you have any queries, you can reach out to numbers mentioned
at the end of manual.
1. All trainees must have WINDOWS 10 enabled laptop with 6-8 Mbps of internet connection.
Our software does not work on MAC BOOK.
2. It is mandatory to use SKYPE or ZOOM on LAPTOP. Using skype/zoom during training
session on mobile or tablet is not allowed.
3. All must have headphones/handsfree connected during the training as well. Do not use
laptop with out handset/handsfree.
4. Sending messages in group after joining are prohibited. There is no need to write fancy
messages like Welcome to group, admin will let you, AOA etc. Once joined the group, DO
NOT SEND ANY MESSAGES TO SKYPE GROUP.
5. All must use ORIGINAL NAME on skype during training. Fancy names like Cool boy, Inspiring
angel etc. are not allowed and trainees with such names will be removed from the training
right away.
6. TRAINING is UNPAID.
7. All trainees must have a UPS if using DESKTOP PC. Using laptop with 2 hours of back up is
suggested.
8. Do not disconnect headset from your laptop as once disconnected, settings revert to
default. To re-do the settings, IT team will share tutorial.
9. MORNING MEETING is not in the morning. It is a meeting that is conducted by
TEAMLEADS/MANAGERS prior to start of day to discuss performance goals of team.
10. LOG IN / LOG OUT is necessary. You can log out once you have your CRM IDs by IT
department.
11. Any one who wants to work extra, can dial extra apart from working hours.
12. You can dial only from LAPTOP not from your mobiles.
13. BILLABLES – Customer remains with the client for 120 second is considered as billable.
14. Our registered bank account is SILK BANK. It is mandatory to have SILK BANK account
number, once you are appointed by the company. Any requests regarding transfer of salary
to other bank will not be entertained.
15. In case you want to resign, TWO weeks (10 working days) of notice period is required. If
notice period is not served, employee needs to forfeit TWO weeks of compensation.
QUESTION & ANSWERS

Q) I can't mark your attendance!


A) Due to high traffic on the website the link may take time longer than usual, refresh after a
couple of minutes later and make sure you mark it ASAP.
Q) I can't hear you in zoom call.
A) Most common reason is that you have a weak Internet connection to zoom servers. Make
sure you refresh your internet, restart your windows if you need to.
Second most common reason is that your sound drivers / devices are not updates. Download
latest drivers if you need to.
A rare reason is that you may not have any listening devices connected. Make sure you either
have a working speaker, or make sure your headsets are connected to your system.
Q) Someone is sending me msg without my consent (MALE/FEMALE)?
A) We do not condone any harassment or any sort of offensive behavior like this. Send HR
screenshots Immediately. We take Strict actions against This behavior.
Q) I can't see myself in the group?
A) You may have been removed because you violated our policies. Make sure your name is
accurate, you followed the policies, and then message HR if the violation was not severe
enough
Q) How can I ask questions with the presenter?
A) If your question is related to the training, simply raise your hand and the presenter will say
out your name and ask you to un-mute after he has finished presenting. If it is related to HR,
simply Message HR.
Q) How can i change my shift timing?
A) Simply send me a msg with the shift time which is convenient for you.
Timings: FT (6:15pm-4:30am)
PT (6:15pm-12:30am/7:30pm-1:45am)
Please note, you can only change your shift timings ONCE. Please see which time is more
suitable for you and change accordingly.
Q) I can't see myself in the skype group?
A) You May have been removed from the zoom call because you Did not attend the training
using your actual name.
Q) How can I change my name on zoom and skype?
A) You need to go to settings of skype/zoom>Profile settings> edit.
Q) What time will be training start from tomorrow?
A) Timing will be according to your convenience. We will send a poll in skype group and you
have to vote.
Q) What will be my salary?
A) It is a performance-based job. You get paid depending on your number of your sales. The
payment plan and structure will be shared in the BI orientation.
