The article underlines the importance of human condition attributes and human
potential development in optimizing managers' competences today. The document
states that in order to improve human talent management, comprehend and handle
better his teamwork, the manager should know which are the attributes of human
condition and how to develop skills to work them optimistically, with the purpose of
generating strategies to improve workers talent. In this framework, talent is
observed as an inexhaustible and susceptible variable of continuous development.

Human Talent has been considered in today's world of work as one of the most
important variables in which organizations should focus much of their attention and
resources. As human beings whose imprint should be the permanent spiritual and
intellectual growth, and immersed in a competitive context, awareness of the
particularity of each worker and personal competencies to develop and enhance
them should be made. In the same way, if today's manager is not interested in
knowing in depth the interests and expectations of his team, he will not be able to
manage his talents and refine the strategic interests of the organization with those
of each of the workers.
Because the new labor competences have arisen among other things due to the
pressure generated by the interconnection of the markets and the so-called
globalization, which has constituted the paradigm of competitiveness as its only

whose first symptoms of deceleration have begun to cause the first economic crisis
of the 21st century, today's manager must learn to manage and lead the potential
of the people who constitute his work team and his own, to make less stressful
working life and take your organization to quality standards that allow you to
become one in which people who work in them do not lose their job, are motivated
and manage their personal, professional and company growth , and also managed
to remain in the market without altering its payroll.
