Dear Hiring Manager for YPP,

I am addressing you to apply for the Young Professionals Program Procedure in the field
of Management and Administrations.

I am a MBA student at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and am
writing to express my interests in Youth Professionals Program, I am keen to work on
complex and fast-paced environment. I would bring a solid mix of industry experience
coupled with both analytical and interpersonal skills to this position, including :

Client Relationship Management: I have built good interpersonal skills which adept at
developing long term relationship with key clients.

Communication and Problem Solving Skill: In all my jobs, I have had to communicate
with many different types of customers and have always managed to deliver the high
quality services.

Till recently I am associated with Sarovar Hotels & Resorts on contractual basis with
Visitors’ Hostel , IIT Kanpur as an Front Office Executive and worked in the area of all
administration tasks and holding front office related tasks like financial reports ,
reservations , travelling schedule , data records , tracking and reporting an overall
progress , managing daily operations. And my professional expertise aligns closely with
the responsibilities outlined in your job advertisement. Overall, I have consistently
demonstrated communication, interpersonal and management abilities in every aspect of
my Front Office Executive role.

Before my stint with IITK. I have done Bachelor in Hotel Management with specialization
in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, where I have been awarded a merit for my
academic performance. My summer work experience as an intern with Radisson Blu
MBD, Noida. Though my experiences and academic background, I have acquired
determination, independence, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly and apply that
learning proactively.
I am an adaptable professional who have been consistently praised as results-oriented
by my management. I am thrilled at the prospect of bringing my talents. and therefore
being part of this organization will provide me a good platform to apply my skills and also
to acquire new skill sets.
