Latin America and Confucian Asian Culture

Indeed, I agree with Brittany about the Latin America and the Asian Confucian

community. The Asian Confucian community has societies belonging to this cluster representing

comparatively high scores of the dimensions of Power Gap, Structural and In-Group

Collectivism in society's cultural activity. Quality Orientation scores are best characterized as

high-medium but are notable because they are among the top scores among all culture clusters.

Latin America is a massive melting pot of diverse races, a society made up of black, African, and

European peoples. Latin American and Confucian Asian cultures have many variations that need

clarification from colleagues.

In these cultures, there is a diverse cultural history. Both cultures have a collective focus,

but Latin America is more family-oriented, and collectivity in Confucian Asia is based on mutual

loyalty to each other (Livermore, 2013). In both communities, I embrace the notion that

relationships play a major part. The family is one of the most cherished items in Latin America,

and hierarchy is the most important thing. Latin America provides promptness to interactions and

is committed to developing relationships as Confucian Asians create confidence to build a

structured relationship before entering into transactions. Latin America has high regard for time.

In essence, these two cultures have a great deal of distinction. They are also in line with

the fact that an organization must respond to the need for establishing ties with all cultures to

overcome the gaps between these two. The daily introduction of team bonding workouts and

more social time at work will help develop connections and morale.
