ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM

“What will be. will be” . this is the significance of Que Sera Sera was derived from a
Spanish vocal. So. this is the word that truly adhere in his head with the fortune that came up
with Engineer Hermogenes Ancheta that he became appointed Assistant Manager to Manager.
For that instance it will go on someday in progress that Engineer Ancheta will go the Manager of
the Motorbus Company and that what will be happened after the retirement of Engineer
Gaudencio Inductivo.

For what happened to Engineer Ancheta is a clip of fortune that he knew someday he will
go a Manager for he work a good Assistant Manager so the company President trusted him so
much that he will be the following to be appointed as a Manager of Maintenance Department
because he already knew how to run and run the concern refering to Motorbus Company most
efficaciously in good service.

As a new appointed Manager Engineer Ancheta work literally honest in his field of work
so that the VP for Operations trusted him and for that clip. the company will be fielding of 50
new extra coachs. This means that the concern was keep on turning for the President put the trust
on Engineer Ancheta to manage the operations to do efficient and good service for the assorted
paths utilizing 100 coachs assigned to Motorbus Company.

This is what truly the analysis that Engineer Ancheta is a successful upon making his job.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION

For Engineer Ancheta since he is merely new on the occupation as appointed Manager.
He must chew over on concentrating in the operations of the Motorbus Company to be equal
adequate to work with it efficient and more effectual coach serving through the Philippines. As a
director he must necessitate to cognize the employee under his supervising like machinist.
Assistant that they might work with no other grounds for them to give their support to the
company. This is merely giving him the thought that he need a better employee which has no
other options merely to work with the company with their full clip footing. For that ground, they
may work expeditiously if they work together in assisting each other in the company to back up
their demands to hold a better foundation of Motorbus concern substructure.

They must carry on an extra preparation for the new employee that they may engage.
Merely to do certain that the coach path will make a better service in going back to endorse to its
finish. The machinist should had their support as a care that every unit must be checked before
they move on to their finish.

What will be, will be. This company apparently symbolized that subject. The finding of
continuous focal point on the occupation is the best thing to make.
CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION

There you can see to it that the concern shown an addition in Numbers of coaches and
same as usual with the net income they will besides derive a better than what they had late when
Engineer Inductivo’s in charge with the Management of the Motorbus Company. Aside from
that, when Engineer Ancheta is appointed as a new Manager he is now on his manner to do a
determination like an existent foreman of the company. For that instance, his order is the manner
that the President of Operations will be respected. For the President knew that he is an honorable
director to be appointed to manage the operations referring with the Maintenance Department.

Furthermore. I recommend that they must necessitate another hired of new employee since the
add-on of a 40 new coaches to be added on the path assigned to Motorbus Company. No one
should be able to discontinue. He must necessitate converting his employee under his supervising
as a consequence of a good public presentation in the portion of a work force.
