Determination of Quorum

The recording secretary determined the presence of quorum and after such
determination, a prayer was led by Prof. Ma . Teresa L. Carbonell, afterwhich ,the presiding
officer proceeded with the Meeting

Administration

Dr. Pilar: The dean greeted the body and happily disseminated the information from Mini
Planning she attended with the members of the Top and Middle Management.

A. Management Review of the Policies and Procedures

The inputs are based on Internal audit, program review, customer feedback, monitoring
status and external audits .

1. Evaluation Guidelines

1.1 CONSISTENCY. The accomplishment report with the approved plan is vital in the
evaluation .
1.2 The approved time frame should be met.

1.3 The extent of accomplishment should be reported in complete details.

In this regard, there are 24 complaints ( executive 1, administrative 7, academic 11

finance 4, related 1) 8 closed out and 16 follow ups.

Prof. Lagon

Prof. Lagon asked the presiding officer regarding the role of the faculty in the
integration of the Mini Planning Information. Dr. Pilar emphasized the need to integrate
evaluation strategies in the methods of teaching, student outputs, subject syllabus , subject
and comprehensive examinations and the like. The body agreed to the explanation.

B. Other Matters
1. On Thesis Writing
The dean informed the advisers of the thesis students to share their extra time and effort
in directing the students to come up with quality research h outputs as requirements for
graduation.

2. On Faculty Attendance
The dean reminded the faculty members to religiously report to their classes and
guide their students in coming up with a relevant research outputs as requirements in
the subject.
