that the arrangements made by Government Notice No. 269
of the 22nd February, 2021, ceased to have effect accordingly.

MALTA RACING CLUB COUNCIL
IT is hereby notified for general information that in
accordance with Article 1 and 7 of the Statute and Regulations
of the Marsa Racing Club, the Minister for Inclusion and
Social Wellbeing has approved the appointment of Justice
Emeritus Antonio Mizzi as Chairperson of the Malta Racing
Club Council in lieu of Mr Edwin Borg.
This appointment is valid till the 7th May, 2021.

plc (C21550), Thursday, 6 May, 2021, at half past ten in the
morning (10.30 a.m.), has been fixed for the Sale by Auction
to be held in Room numbered 78, nearby the Archives, Level
-1, Courts of Justice, Triq ir-Repubblika, Valletta, of the

Vella Group Limited (C22149) asked this Honourable Court,
1. To decide this cause without proceeding to a hearing
in terms of Article 167 sa 170 of Cap. 12 of the Laws of
Malta and condemn the defendant to pay the amount of
one hundred seventy thousand two hundred twenty two
ewro and thirty cents (€170,222.13) representing balance
of construction work and loan brevi manu made by the
interpellant following the order of th defendant.
