NATIONAL VACCINE OPERATION CENTER
(NVOC)

In line with the Department’s membership in the NTF COVID-19 and in

response to the Memorandum from Usec Epimaco V. Densing III, dated
February 18, 2021 with the above subject, the following personnel are hereby
designated to provide administrative and technical support services to the
National Vaccine Operation Center located at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon
City:
Team A Team B
LGOO II Rommferri R. Baluyot LGOO II Joseph C. Talavera
PDO I Victor Alekhine Roman PDO I Michael Denniel Palaganas

As such, Team A will report to the NVOC EOC Secretariat effective

Monday, 03 March 2021 in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City for
guidance in providing technical and administrative support. Team
B will report in alternate on a weekly basis in the next NBOO duty
cycle as provided in a department order.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
