Roles & Responsibilities:

Tech-Head:

1.Set-up project specific standards and process

2.Ensuring the project guideline set in place by the client

3.Ensuring whether the project is delivered in correct format

4.Preparing running schedules for the projects

5.Coordinating with the client for the project

BIM Operations:

1. Project management

2. Team management

3. From the kick off stage till postmortem , regularly debriefing BIM engineer for that specific
project to gain insightful knowledge such as software/hardware requests, training requests, ideas,
general updates, and most importantly to obtain useful project information so that they are briefed
with the proper project knowledge to be able to participate in meetings.

4. Periodic monitoring of the project

5. Handing over to the project

BIM Manager:

1. Prepare all BIM aspects of a contract including drafting a BIM protocol and BIM
implementation plan

2. Guiding and monitoring the whole BIM process

3. Contribute to the change and learning process both within your own organisation and
throughout the BIM process

4. Encourage all parties to work together throughout the entire project on an operational,
strategic and tactical level. The skills you will need to be a BIM Manager are:

A. Organisational and leadership skills

B. An ability to form cooperative relationships between all parties involved in the project
through excellent communication skills

C. Analytical and visionary mindset.

1.The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial,

Educational, industrial and health care related projects

2.Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/ delegated tasks with offshore production
team. - Review and QA/QC project deliverables.

3.Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM

4.Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF &

Coordination).

5.Strive to build strong network connections with project customers.

6.Working with our clients during pre‐construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop
Drawings, As‐Built and Submittal drawings

7.Be a champion in the advancement of BIM
