quality services and programs which foster the students’ academic success, personal growth, and career
development in consonant to the vision of the institution.

MISSION
The DCPC Office of Student Welfare and Development Services supports the unique learning
experiences of the students through a variety of organizations, community-building events, outreach
programs, experiential learning programs, and leadership opportunities; creating and cultivating an
encouraging environment which advances students to be successful beyond classroom.
