Harry potter and the goblet of fire review

Harry potter and the goblet of fire is the 4th movie to be released apart of the Harry potter
series. The main actors and actresses in the movie are Daniel Radcliff, Rupert Grint and Emma
Watson. The movie is directed by Nike Newell. The Harry Potter series is originally a book series
written by J.K Rowling but was then converted into movies.
This is a story of when the trio of Harry. Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts for their fourth
year of school. This year Hogwarts held the tri wizard tournament. This was a competition
between 3 magic schools to win the goblet of fire after a series of challenges. Each school is
allowed one participant from each school over the age of 17. In an unexpected turn Harry's
name is picked along with the other 3 contestants. Everyone turns on harry as they believe he
cheated. Harry must now face a series of these dangerous challenges to win.
My favourite scene is the Yule ball scene. This a ball held by the school hosting the tournament
that year. All the guy's dance with the girls and everyone is having fun and dancing. This is one
of the scenes you see the students forget about the problems that have gone. This is my
favourite scene because of the character development of Ron and Hermione's relationship.
Throughout the other movies you can see the trio's friendships grow but, in this scene, you see
a different side to Ron who is always fun and joking around. He doesn’t like when Hermione
comes with someone else and gets jealous but denying that he is. This is when we start to see
how Ron feels for Hermione.
An aspect of film I enjoyed was the use of the weather in the movie. In the movie during the 3
challenges the weather was never sunny or bright, it was always dull, cloudy and foggy. I think
the weather changed the mood when watching the movie. It showed how tense it was. That
there was no room for mistake. When its sunny you sub continually think it's going to be a
happy scene, but when it was foggy you could feel how everyone was feeling in that moment.
The darker the sky the scarier the scene.
I would recommend this movie for 13 and older. I think anyone older 13 should watch it
because it created a world where the things you thought were real but were only imaginary to
life. I wouldn’t recommend it for younger then 13 because there are long sustained periods of
violence and scary scenes in the movie. Overall, I would give the movie a 5 out of 5 stars
because I enjoyed all the aspects of the movie.
