The method that we use to measure our achievement is with Key Performance
Indicators; by counting and comparing the value of the target to the value that we’ve
achieved.

1. Project Charter:

2.7 Agreement to bestow the business to SBM ITB, if the initiator didn't continue the business, signed by
the initiator, partner(s) (if any) and SBM ITB representative,
