2. Agreements:
2.1 Target to be achieved, and at least a bi-weekly achievement measurement,
2.2 The method to measure achievement, signed by the initiator, partner(s) (if any) and SBM ITB
representative,
2.3 Responsibilities of partner(s) one by one (if any), signed by the initiator, partner(s) (if any) and SBM
ITB representative,
2.4 Working schedule, and meeting schedule with partner (if any) and with Mentor (separated),
2.5 Roles and responsibilities of partner(s) (if any), signed by the initiator, partner(s) (if any) and SBM ITB

2.6 Agreement to grant 1% share to SBM that will be returned if the initiator decides to continue the
business after graduation. If otherwise, SBM ITB will seek and or assign student(s) to continue the
business initiative. If the business could be developed and run, the ownership will shared among the
initiator, SBM and student team(s) who works to realize the business, signed by initiator and partner(s) (if
any)*,
