No matter how many options you have, I will forever choose jogging on the treadmill :-) For
today’s workout, I literally completed my 35-minutes non-stop jog. It had been so long since I was not
being active lately. My average heart rate was 149 BPM; it once reached 165 BPM. I would say that I had
done a pretty good job huh? I did enjoy this exercise a lot. It will definitely forever be my favorite. I was
engaged in this workout for the entire 35 minutes or even more than that. And yes, I would love to jog
again for the next lesson!
