Life Changing IOP | Outpatient | DUI Services
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Evolve Life Centers assists individuals engaged in treatment with their supportive housing
needs. These houses are Level 2, state certified recovery houses. Our ability to assist clients
with getting into housing immediately increases the client’s chances of success and recovery.

IOP
Intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment services (IOP) are provided to assist an
individual who may need more intense treatment but not actually need residential care.

OP
At Evolve, once an individual completes IOP they are encouraged to attend the step-down
process. This process consists of group and individual counseling tailored to meet the client’s
needs.

ACU-DETOX
At Evolve, we believe in the holistic treatment of addiction disorders. Acu-detox treatment is a
voluntary process that clients participate in if they want to. Education about the therapy through
informed consent is part of the intake process.

VIVITROL
The opiate blocker Vivitrol is offered to those who have dependency on opiates and sometimes
alcohol. A Nurse Practitioner works closely with clients to assess the need for this treatment.

PERSON CENTERED CARE

At Evolve we understand individual needs may vary so we use an individualized eclectic
approach of counseling to be able to meet our clients at the level of their needs.

Sober Living
A Fresh Start That Feels Like Home
Everyone deserves a welcoming place to come home to. For people in recovery, Evolve Life
Centers has that supportive living environment that is essential to success.

● Our houses are MCORR certified and follow NARR guidelines

● Peer based system of care managed by trained managers
● 12 step recovery based - required to be engaged in your individual recovery
● Accountability and consistency are our focus
● Residents do not have a graduation date for our housing. We want you to stay until your
mindset has changed and you are ready to continue your journey to whatever your next
step is.
● Evolve Life Centers is committed to your success and we show that by creating the
Evolve Savings Plan. After 6 months of self pay in our house, Evolve will save $25 a
week of your participation fee and upon a successful move out you will receive that
money back as a kick start for your life.
