Go Noodle is a website for kids that educators and families can use to get kids active indoors. So, I will choose
Sum activities for the kids to get active and get moving and get their energy out. The children will watch the Go

Instructional Procedures:

Day 1:
First 5 minutes: I will set up the projector/smartboard and Go noodle for the kids and the students will go to the
carpet and space themselves and go to their spots.
3:43 minutes I will choose Fabio’s meatball run for the kids to start out the activity.

After the Fabio’s meatball run there will be a 1-minute cooldown time and then I will go to the indoor recess section
of Go noodle and select the indoor recess you pick number 1 which will take 15 minutes and 30 seconds. I will watch
the kids participate in this and sometimes myself actively participate with the kids to be a good model.

That takes up 24 minutes
For the last part I will choose the Go noodle ultimate champ training which is about 8 minutes throughout this activity
they will follow coach terry’s instructions and follow the motions up on the screen.

Second part of day: I will let the children choose a go noodle activity setting it up again which will take a couple
minutes and for the children to get into their places. Once they are all set up, I will choose a student who is showing
me good listening skills to choose the first Go Noodle from the indoor recess page. The student I selected will go up to
the smartboard and touch the video they want to do; he picked the Indoor recess Nickelodeon edition which is about
13 minutes and they will follow coach terry and the other characters through moving around.

After that first activity I will then go to YouTube and select the Poppin’ Bubbles song and dance for the kids to do it is
about 2 minutes and they follow the movement of the fish and pop the bubbles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=JdBlXPWM8AI&ab_channel=GoNoodle%7CGetMoving
Next, I will then choose another good listener and participator in the class to come up to the smartboard and choose
another activity. This student chose indoor recess 9 which is 14 minutes. This one is good for small spaces and during
it the kids will listen to coach terry and follow the motions of the monster. I will be watching the students during this
and make sure they are on task while doing the activity.

I will end the activity with Go Noodle Melting flow which is a relaxation and mediation activity and they will follow the
directions of the ice man. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTzXFPh6CPI&ab_channel=GoNoodle%7CGetMoving

Day 2:

After this activity I let the child choose again and have them go up to the smartboard the child picked Indoor recess
Moose on the Loose which is 10 minutes. After that the kids chose Old Town road KidzBop and have them dance to
that which is about 3 minutes, this is a favorite song for the kids they always want to do
it.https://family.gonoodle.com/activities/kidz-bop-kids-old-town-road
Next the kids chose the Whole lotta love indoor recess activity which takes 15 minutes so we are at 30 minutes and
they will follow coach terry’s instructions https://family.gonoodle.com/activities/whole-lotta-love
Since the children love the holidays, they like to do the winter wonderland indoor recess which is about 20 minutes
and it will be the last big activity we do before doing the melting flow again to relax. They will follow along with the
actors and dance and follow the movements and get to learn all as well throughout the activity lessons get taught in
most of the videos. There is a water cycle song in this indoor recess section.

Here is the link for go noodle which the children can explore and choose activities and also learn about other lessons
or just relax and get moving, it has a wide variety of videos and channels each tailored to certain aspects like math,
science, language, physical activity or mindfulness. So, the kids can improve many skills here and it is good for their
health because it gets them active.

Differentiated Instructional Support: Describe how instruction can be differentiated (changed or altered) to meet the
needs of gifted or accelerated students: Say if a child was hard of hearing I could put on the closed captions so that
they can read what is being said and follow along with all the other children. I could also model the movements for
the kids If they don’t understand them.

Discuss additional activities you could do to meet the needs of students who might be struggling with the material: I
could give the children individual one on one time doing the activity so that I can focus my attention on helping and
supporting them.

Vocabulary: Indoor recess- Allowing students to finish work, do activities inside. Coach- A tutor who gives private or
specialized teaching, Go Noodle- series of web-based games, activities that focus on physical exercise., Smartboard –
Interactive whiteboard, Projector- An object that emits an image on a whiteboard.

For teachers Computer Go noodle website or YouTube and a smartboard or projector to watch go noodle on. I will
use these to implement the Go Noodle lesson so that the students can watch it and participate. I will
also let the kids come up to the whiteboard/ smartboard and scroll through and click on which
activities they want to do.

For students The students will need their eyes to pay attention and they will need the projector or smartboard to be
able to watch the go noodle and then to also be able to choose the go noodle activities they can go up
and interact with the smartboard or my computer to choose an activity.
