MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

Comes now accused MARIO T. TORRERES, unto this Honorable Court,

most respectfully alleges:

1. That in the information filed in the above-entitled cases, the total

recommended bail bond for accused’s provisional liberty is One Hundred
Eight Thousand pesos (Php108,000.00).

2. That due to unavailable financial resources, accused could not produce and
raise such substantial amount, and thus appeals to the kindness and
compassion of this Honorable Court for the reduction of his bail bond in the
total amount of Fifty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php54,000.00) representing
fifty percent (50%) of One Hundred Eight Thousand pesos (Php108,000.00).

3. The undersigned accused will undertake to be present when this case is

called in Court.

4. That the undersigned accused filed this motion in view of the urgent and
pressing need.

PRAYER

PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the undersigned accused be allowed to post his bail bond at a
reduced cash bond in the total amount of Fifty-Four Thousand Pesos
(Php54,000.00).

Such other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.
