What you learned: This project was simple. I didn’t ever use excel in high school, so I had to do
some research beforehand but after I did my research, it was simple to learn and maneuver
through. I really liked the assignment overall and it really was eye-opening to look at nutrition
facts of McDonalds.
ISTE National Educational Technology Standards for STUDENTS (NETS)•S Addressed: I would
say it addresses standard 3, Students critically curate a variety of resources using digital tools to
construct knowledge, produce creative artifacts and make meaningful learning experiences for
themselves and others.
Application of Skills Learned for the Future: I personally think the only time I would use
spreadsheets in a classroom would be for grading.
