    In view of the letter submitted to this Office informing your intention to resign as Project
    Staff effective January 4, 2021, be informed that your resignation letter is hereby accepted
    effective January 6, 2021.

    Furthermore, you are advised to undergo the process of acquiring clearance for the
    issuance of Certificate of Employment for your future use.
