Dear Mrs. Mega Nabilah


I regret knowing from your letter that one of the products supplied to your order, is
that Cake-Pops has expired so that it cannot be consumed. I am very sorry this happened to
you.
To avoid further inconvenience and disruption to customers. I will replace this
expired product and it will be sent by parcel post tomorrow morning. There is no need for
you to return expired items, this is the company's responsibility.
This has been a lesson for my company, although I and my employees are always
careful in packing goods, and inspecting goods. But recently there was a report that the
product I was selling had expired.
I apologize again for this inconvenience and hope that the steps I will take will ensure
the safe arrival of all your orders.
