Calisthenics

Calisthenics or the also called street workout "is another of the branches of functional training,
and many of the calisthenics exercises are practiced in other training disciplines many times
without knowing it, the truth is that calisthenics includes many exercises that are more common
than what we think.” Calisthenics is a workout where you can start from scratch, because there
are exercises adapted for beginners, so you do not have to be a fitness expert, you work your
whole body with multi-joint exercises. It allows you to lose weight by toning the abdomen and
legs, increases strength and muscle mass. Also, it is done in a short time, you can exercise 3 times
a week with a minimum time of 20 minutes each day.

Calisthenics is about gaining agility, physical strength and flexibility. This training has become very
popular. It is usually practiced in open spaces such as parks. It is not a training where you use
weights or machines to exercise the muscles in a training in which you work with your own body
weight.

Exercise to strengthen muscles and define them, the best thing you can do is practice calisthenics
because, as far as being the new trend in terms of fitness is concerned, it is a training that has a
great variety of very functional exercises.
