Staff Survey Results 

Question 1: I feel that the PBIS team is on the “right track” with how they are 
planning to implement things in the building. ( 1- No, 2 - Somewhat with 
refining, 3 - Yes, definitely) 9 responses 

Question 2: I feel that the PBIS expectations and matrix fit the needs of our 
school. ( 1- No, 2 - Somewhat with refining, 3 - Yes, definitely) 9 responses 

Comments: 

-Be more explicit in the expectations. 

-Accountability for teacher participation? We feel like it's ok to use higher level 
language/vocabulary since teachers will explicitly teach the meaning and use of those 
words at the beginning of the year. Students rise to meet expectations when given the 
opportunity. 

 
 

-We feel as if independence needs to be noted in the accountability for under the 
classroom setting. Also, we feel as if videos would be a great tool for students to have 
on expected behavior vs not expected for the bootcamp? The older students would be 
able to take part in the videos.
