GENERAL CONDITIONS
The contractor shall visit the site before starting the project so as to
acquaint himself with the nature of the site.
The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all materials.

SITE CLEARANCE
Break up and removal concrete as necessary from site.

FOUNDATION
Excavate a trench on east side of the drive way and insert a drain of 20cm
deep by 3 meters long and remove waste from site.
Lay down 10mm aggregate and level as foundation for the driveway.
Excavate trench 20cm wide by 30cm deep on west side of driveway to
receive foundation for brick wall.

DRIVEWAY
Concrete
Lay 10cm concrete to cover the driveway and level with slight gradient to
Drain on east side

BRICK WALL
Build brick wall to 2 meters high using London Red bricks and cement
Point and finish
