For almost 4,5 years, I worked at a Sinar Mas Insurance Company.


For the last project, Customer Care with job desk handled customer
questions, complaints and claims via Call, Email, Live Chat, and
Asmobi Application.
I learned a lot about serving customers well, because customer
satisfaction is a top priority. Therefore, I always focus on customer
problems to be able to provide the best solutions and services.
