DR. ALLAN LIBRANDO

College of Medicine
Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine, Inc.
Cebu City

Dear Dr. Librando,

I am writing to recommend Mr. Frank Nueve, an inspiring graduate nurse and highly
appreciated and motivated student during his college years with us for his admission to Medical
School. I have been his adviser and Clinical Instructor from 2016-2019 and have come to known
Mr. Nueve as intelligent, diligent and determined student with a real passion of patient care and
his interests or drive to proceed to Medicine for further and advanced studies in the clinical
setting. I believe that his future trainings in the medical field on his journey as an advocate for
health will continue to improve his knowledge, skills and display the appropriate attitude as a
Physician.

I met Mr. Nueve way back in 2016 and was a returnee in the College of Nursing. He once
told me that he wanted to pursue his nursing and proceed to medicine. His drive to become a
Physician have started already a few years back. He has been consistent with his studies,
examinations and have embraced the gray – going beyond expectations. He has been so patient,
open-minded and eager to learn the process. I have not encountered any difficulties in his clinical
practice in the areas affiliated with. His academic record remains excellent even if he started his
nursing life way back in 2006. He has been one of the toughest nursing students that we ever
had. His passion to caring and eagerness to learn will truly bring him to achieve his goals in life. I
am always proud of his achievements and have every confidence that he will continue to show
his excellent academic and leadership skills in the Medical School.

During his senior year with us, he was elected and have been the President of the Nursing
Student Body Organization and remarkably fulfilled his leadership roles despite of conflict with
his studies. Soon, you will be able to appreciate him as well and I’m very confident that he will be
a really good, intelligent and marvelous Physician as he matures through the years. I’m very
optimistic and highly recommend him without uncertainties.

Sincerely,

REY STEPHEN T. BUENAVISTA
