URAIAN TUGAS (JOB DESCRIPTION) :

I. COMPLIANCE and Vendor Compliance.

 Creating the condition of Company be as according to standard of Buyer ( Adidas, Nike, The
North Face / TNF, Salomon, Target , Asmara, Berghause. GAP. ANF . JC Penny, Khol’s ,
Carter,Lucky Brand etc )

 Drawing up and handling Audit of Compliance of Buyer


 Handling Conducted Audit INTERTEK,BSCI,WRAP,CTPAT,WCA etc.

 Making report according to request of Buyer

 Following and meeting of training performed by Buyer

 Drawing up and executing program of certification ISO, OHSAS 18001/ SMK3

 Corrective Action Plan up follow result of audit of Buyer

 Keeping abreast of regulation of area invitation of Labor & HSE

 Executing is internal audit of compliance routinely ( 2 times one year)

 Coordinating and executing training compliance (Labor & HSE )

 Making and compiling Policy of Company in area of Compliance Making and executing 3 Years
Compliance Strategic Plan other buyer Making and executing System & Procedure for the Labor
of & HSE

 Developing organization chart in area of HR & HSE

 Making and constructing communications system between Management & Employees

 Founding and developing organization of P2K3 (Safety Committee) and LKS Bipartite

 Executing assessment need training compliance

 Making planning, schedule, training compliance budget

 Understanding with proven practical implementation of Social Compliance and CTPAT

 Understanding with proven practical implementation in Social Compliance WRAP, BSCI, ISO,
etc.

 Arrange and conduct compliance audit in factories and follow up compliance issues. This
include to monitor factories corrective action & up date standard documentation checklist

 provide compliance advice & training to colleagues, merchandising, factories and customers

 Supervise factories’ Compliance to ensure consistent compliance audit service quality

 Collect information and document relating to local compliance rule and regulation (e.g. labor
law, occupational health and safety regulation, etc )

II. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) :

 Making and executing program of HSE cover : System and procedure, instruction,
documentation and training

 Executing procedure of HSE miss : identify danger and assessment of risk, plan listen carefully
emergency, investigation of accident, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

 evacuate emergency, handling of chemicals, operation of equipments/ machine,


 Providing equipments of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

 Developing the way accident report

 the investigation accident report

 Supporting and executing program of P2K3 ( Safety Committee)

 Running System Management of K3 ( SMK3) or of OHSAS 18001

 inspect K3 and of house keeping

 Communicating program of K3 to entire/all employees

 Carrying out training related to HSE / K3

 Observing and controlling adhering of invitation and regulation in the field of K3

 Coordinating part of Polyclinic in giving service of health employee

III. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (HRD) :

 Man Power Planning : planning usage of labor according to time and qualification of which
finally by user Recruitment : searching potential source of power / sourcing, select, and test of
interview

 Training: assessment need training, making and program of schedule training, compiling items
of training, executing training [in] area of compliance ( Labor & HSE

 Development, Performance Appraisal, process employees mutation and promotion, making


procedure and system [in] area of HRD

 Industrial Relation : finishing problem complain employees suggestion , disconnection of


[ PHK), constructing good with Manpower ,BPJS , Police and other institution, constructing
harmonious with trade union, handling communications media : suggestion box, information
board, managing LKS Bipartite

 Personnel Administration: coordinating Personnel staff in remuneration, BPJS, PPH 21,


Guarantee Conservancy of Health, leave / and permission of benefit other employees

IV. GENERAL AFFAIRS:

 Managing company facility and asset, covering: buildings, vehicle of operational, furniture

 Managing licensing: IMB, HO, UKL-UPL, Boiler, Generator set t, Installs Electrics, lightning rod
