    Anent the complaint filed by Mr. Manolito Liwanag before the City Building
    Official relative to your aqueduct that encroaches upon his property which causes water
    seepage inside his room, your presence is hereby requested on January 8, 2021 at 2:00 in
    the afternoon before the City Legal Office for possible dialogue and mediation.

    Before the City Building Official will act on the aforementioned complaint, your
    presence is hereby requested.
