FOREWORD
The Installation Quality Plan, as provided by Beaudrey, must be signed by the Client
and Beaudrey technical support engineer when all installation and installation work
has been completed on site. When signed, a copy of the document must be returned
to Beaudrey.( 1).for checking the result of site installation work.
This check plan is for one equipment. Duplicate each checking sheet to control and
report every unit and line equipment.
In the event of problems resulting from equipment installation, should this procedure
not be followed, Beaudrey's warranty will not be applicable. ( 2)
Refer to Installation Manual DOC8517-201.

If the Beaudrey technical assistant is not available, the buyer has full responsibility of installation.

In the event of problems resulting from equipment installed by others than Beaudrey, the installation
contractor responsibility will be engaged.
