The law mandates that the government ensure that all eligible children can access free

and appropriate public education that meets their unique personal needs (Lord & McGee, 2001).

IDEA outlines that kids with multiple disabilities like autism are entitled to special education and

early intervention services. The development of an educational system worldwide faces

challenging contextual encounters as the prospects work to realize the "No Child Left Behind

(NCLB) requirements.

Training Employees

Training is a program that helps employees to acquire particular skills and knowledge to

enhance performance in their respective roles. School support plays a significant role in ensuring

learners are studying in friendly and supportive learning environments (Dhar, 2015). In our case,

to run and manage an autistic school. It involves equipping the employees with specific skills

such as computing skills, practical communication skills, childcare practices, and customer

relations.

Thus an apprenticeship training period is necessary. These jobs need an extended period

of practice and experience aided by apprenticeship strategies to understand the complexities ad

intricacies of the various jobs (Dhar, 2015). Well planned and executed Training permits the

integration of best aspects in on-the-job and off-the-job training.

Provision of Training

Off the job, Training-This method involves Training that is provided away from the

actual work environment. This is mostly used in cases of new staff or workers. Cases of off the

job training approaches are workshops, conferences, and seminars. This method is costly though

most effective, where large numbers of employees need to be trained within a brief period. It is

also referred to as vestibule training, where the employees are trained in separate designated

areas like a hall, reception area, or entrance (usually called a vestibule) where the actual

occupation conditions are duplicated.

On the job training- This type of Training accorded to employees in the day-to-day

working of a concern. The method is cost-effective and straightforward, which involves training

semi-proficient and un-proficient employees. Examples of on job training include job-rotation,

temporary promotions, and coaching.

The total expenses for the Training will be approximately $1500 for the starter course.

Compensation

Compensation is a significant aspect of retaining skilled workers, which is the complete

set of rewards that an organization offers to its employees in return for their labor. The top part

of this compensation system is wages and salaries. The salary rates are reference based on the

Labor Statistics (Canada) ("National Compensation & Benefits Survey 2019”). The salary

choices were set on market pay rates established via market pay explorations.

Incentives

Incentives and rewards in the job environment are significant for both employers and

employees. When employees are recognized for exceptional performance, they increase their

morale, job satisfaction, and organizational roles (Freedman, 2020). For this case, employers

observe greater efficiency and a rise in productivity and sales due to incentives awarded to

employees.

The incentives or programs our organization will use to motivate the workforce will include;

Employee Recognition Programs

Employee recognition programs involve long-term job place traditions, such as

"employee of the month" placards and other kinds of tangible awards. Customizing my incentive

plans to suit the individual personnel's interests and needs is essential.

Compensation incentive programs

Financial incentives like bonuses for exemplary attendance and top performance status

drive ethical competition among workers, thus boosting self-esteem and productivity.

Establishing a profit-sharing program providing employees with a percentage of my

organization's profits over their average wages and salaries promotes employees' loyalty and

productivity, thus increasing organizational functions.

Incentive travel

Through incentive travel schedules, we will award our employees for achieving specific

goals and organizational strategies by offering them often multiday trips. This might be costly to

undertake since the company has to cater to all expenses or most of the trip's costs, though a

massive potential for improved employee loyalty and productivity.

Extra time off

Along with the regular time-off program, we will give our workers extra time to realize

various specific objectives and goals, for instance, ultimate attendance or securing a separate

special essential agreement with new customers. The employee may feel much appreciation,

motivation, and cared when given leave after unusual immense labor needs.

Wellness programs

Work sometimes is tedious and tiresome, and employees go through much disruptions

and fatigue to their occupation and life state of balance. It is occasionally challenging for the

employees to pay attention to their health; thus, offering a staff health plan incentivizes both their

work and health. Most of the employees will appreciate a workplace well-being program that

considers the health needs through policies, activities, and other changes.

Learning and development programs

Learning and development strategies are useful, especially to nurture and retain top talent

within the organization. Generally, top go-getters in an organization will always desire to learn

more and advance their skills to high-level roles. Such professional development plans within my

organization will give employees opportunities to enhance their appropriate skills and discover

career choices. These programs help employees decrease turnover, mainly if I engage the

programs' career training features to train top employees for a high-ranking obligation within the

organization design.
