NINTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
Annual Catholic Appeal
Last weekend was the start of this year’s ACA. We join
with other parishes throughout the Diocese of San Diego
to support programs vital for our diocesan mission; to
teach through instruction in the faith; to sanctify through
priestly ministries; to serve through Catholic Charities.
Remember, no gift is too small. Pledge cards are in the
pews. Please take one home, pray about your gift, and
be as generous as possible. Your donation to the ACA
can be an excellent sacrifice for Lent.
Confirmation Candidates Car Wash—March 6th,
9:00 am-1:00 pm at 7-11 on Aero Drive. Funds raised
will be used for their annual Confirmation Retreat.
Youth News
Thank you to all who supported the youth by attending
the fundraiser at Soup Plantation. There were so many
of you who attended this event! We all appreciate your
support so much.
The Bake Sale was a great success! The Confirmation
candidates baked some amazing items, and you were
more than generous with your “love donations.”

School News
Many, many thanks to all of our parishioners who
supported the St. Columba 6th-grade Spaghetti Dinner.
It was a great success, raising approximately $3,
300.00, which will all be used to offset the cost for the
6th-graders going to camp. We appreciate your support
of our Parish school.
