leaders, the Tzimisce investigated her background and
were delighted to note her heritage as a member of
one of their most useful families. She was promptly
embraced, to immortalize her curiosity.
In the decade since her embrace Avra has continued
to exist as a nun, but with a bit more authority than
before. She has used the status her undead nature and
Tzimisce connections provide to delve into church
lore and history. She has become an expert on rituals,
rites, and the oldest ways of the Christian faith.
Though she does not explore her spirituality purely
through Vicissitude, as her Obertus brothers do in
Constantinople, she is known for her ability to connect
with the souls of others through Auspex.
Avra returns to Athens as an agent of the Tzimisce
of Constantinople. This position puts her in conflict
with her loyalty to Athens and its people, for she is
expected to report on the Athenian Cainites. She walks
a careful line and simply hopes that her trials will
provide her with wisdom.
