Even after years as a vampire Filippos knows little.
He doesn’t know who made him, having never
successfully tracked down that priest. He doesn’t
really know all the metaphysical rules. He’s figured
out the danger of sun and fire, but not much else. Lost
and unsure what he has become, Filippos has traveled
west seeking answers far from the warfare that made
him this monster.
For a time he dwelled in Thessaloniki, but the
vampires there cast him out and told him he did not
deserve their help. Some even attacked him, though
they quickly learned he was not a pushover. His
training in war proved helpful once again.
Filippos now finds himself in Athens with nothing but
questions. The vampires here recognized his curse
and told the Archon Dionysius about his ignorance.
Filippos is overjoyed to have found his “people” and
is happy to have a “superior” once again. As a soldier
he craves a hierarchy to bring order to a world that for
a while seemed a chaotic nightmare.
